Jamaica signs oil deal with Venezuela?

2005 - Chavez seen in Jamaica in unannounced meeting with PM PJ Patterson. Other regional heads seen as well. Rumour has it that oil deal was being worked out and being signed off on.

2006 - PM PL Simpson signs oil deal with president Hugo Chavez in public ceremony in Montego Bay.

2007 - Jamaica signs oil deal with Venezuela!

What di backside is happening?! 3 diffrant oil deal? Are these updates to the original deal? Is each deal for a separate shipment of oil at a fixed price? It don't make no damn sense to me!

Perhaps the first deal was for castor oil to make up the 'reeeada' people dem concoction to ensure a win in the next election. And the second was for cooking oil to cook all the tripe they been feeding us. Then the third for mineral oil, a natural laxative, cause God know seh wi full of it in dis ya country! Just turn on yu radio anyday and listen to the 'Mutt-erings' of Muta-Barbara Gloudon broadcast 'Nation-wide'. It certainly wasn't for oil as fuel because gas price rise every Thursday. Any week dem miss dem mek up fi it by end a month!

Mi know seh Trinidad on dem way to 1st worl country status (rumour has it that they plan to carry 'backward' Tobago with them... their words not mine), but how dat stop dem from providing oil fi di rest of di Caribbean? Wi nah go pay dem weh dem can get outa world market? Selfishniss!! Dem a flood wi market dem wid dem products, dem culture, dem slakniss, tief weh wi ppl, tek weh wi money and no gi wi nutten fi it in return...... Shytzzz! Dem dun reach 1st world status, cause dat certainly is 1st world behaviour!

Back to di warra-naught oil story (mi vex!!!), what happen to all dem rumours dat di a go bout seh Jamaica poised fi blow up big inna di Caribbean? Wi know seh big country like Australia and China nah waste good millions fi come prospect fi gold and diamonds off di coast of Jamaica! Dem woulda find more at Passa Passa and Weddy-weddy wednesday. So dat story dem did a try sell was more tripe sans a good sauce!

Cuba find oil recently and Australia and China was there again to gi dem loan fi fix up dem refinery. Wait a minute! Wasn't part of our agreement with Chavez last year to fix up wi refinery as well?! Why di land off di south coast a sell off at triple di price under di quiet late inna 2006? What a gwaaan? Mi wah know!!!
